Payments & Refund Policy

This Payment & Refund Policy ("Policy") outlines the terms regarding payments, billing, and refunds for services provided by Autom8AI Private Limited ("Autom8AI," "we," "us," or "our"). By subscribing to our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Billing and Subscriptions

  • Subscription Cycle: Access to the Autom8AI platform is provided on a subscription basis (Monthly or Annually). Billing occurs in advance at the start of each period.
  • Automatic Renewal: To ensure uninterrupted service, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled by the user through the account dashboard.
  • Price Changes: We reserve the right to change our subscription fees. Any price changes will be communicated to you at least 30 days in advance and will apply to the next billing cycle.

2. General Refund Policy

As a general rule, all payments made to Autom8AI Private Limited are non-refundable. Since our platform provides immediate access to digital tools, API integrations, and AI processing power upon purchase, we do not offer pro-rated refunds for unused portions of a subscription period or for "change of mind" cancellations.

3. Limited Exceptions

We only offer refunds under the following two specific circumstances:

  • Double Payments: If a technical glitch results in you being charged twice for the same subscription period, we will refund the duplicate transaction in full.
  • Non-Performance of Service: If the Autom8AI platform experiences a complete service failure or significant technical non-performance (excluding scheduled maintenance) that prevents you from using the service for an entire subscription period, we will issue a refund for that specific period upon your explicit request.

4. Refund Requests

To request a refund under the exceptions listed above, you must:

  • Contact our billing team at billing@autom8ai.com within seven (7) days of the occurrence.
  • Provide your account details and proof of the duplicate charge or technical failure.
  • Once approved, refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the platform until the end of your current paid billing period. No further charges will be applied.

6. Taxes and Fees

Users are responsible for any applicable sales tax, VAT, or transaction fees imposed by their bank or jurisdiction. These fees are not refundable by Autom8AI.
