2. Eligibility and Account Registration

• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.

3. Use of AI and Automated Workflows

• Output Accuracy: You acknowledge that AI-generated content and automated actions may occasionally be inaccurate, biased, or incomplete. Autom8AI is not responsible for any damages resulting from such inaccuracies.
• User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for reviewing and validating the outputs of your automated workflows before relying on them for business or personal use.
• Prohibited Content: You may not use the service to generate illegal, harmful, or infringing content.

4. Intellectual Property

• The Platform: All rights, title, and interest in the Autom8AI platform (software, branding, and UI) remain the exclusive property of Autom8AI Private Limited.
• User Data: You retain ownership of the data you upload. By using the platform, you grant us a limited license to process this data solely to provide and improve our services.
• Feedback: Any suggestions or feedback provided to us may be used without obligation or compensation to you.

5. Fees and Payment

• Subscriptions: Certain features are billed on a subscription basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
• Changes: We reserve the right to change our pricing tiers with reasonable notice to you.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the platform.
• Use the service to distribute malware or engage in spamming.
• Exceed the rate limits or usage quotas associated with your plan.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Autom8AI Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the service.

Note: Our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to the Company in one (1) month preceding the event.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business interests.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Autom8AI Private Limited is registered.
